What services do you offer?
We specialise in hospitality-focused creative solutions including brand development, photography, website design, menu design, content creation, and consultancy add-ons through Monkhouse Hospitality. If it shapes your brand, elevates your venue, or makes you look fabulous online — we do it.
How does the creative process work?
Every project begins with a discovery session where we learn about your venue, your goals, and your brand personality. From there, we build concepts, refine direction, deliver drafts, and work with you until everything feels very you (but elevated).
Do you require a deposit?
Yes. All creative projects require a 50% deposit to secure your booking. The final balance is due on delivery of the completed work unless otherwise arranged.
How long does a website take to build?
Most Wix Studio websites take 2–6 weeks, depending on the scope, number of pages, integrations, and how quickly content is supplied. Bigger sites take a little longer. Beautiful things take time — but not too much time.
How much does a website cost?
Our Website Design Program ranges from $4,000–$8,000, depending on features, pages, integrations, and level of customisation required.
What’s included in the Frame Photography Package?
A curated on-site shoot, editing, retouching, high-res files, social-ready crops and delivery via your client portal. We capture dishes, drinks, ambience, interiors, lifestyle moments and team energy. Optional extras like video or styled flatlays can be added.
How far in advance should we book photography?
Generally 2–4 weeks ahead, though we can sometimes squeeze you in sooner depending on the project calendar. (Bribery via good coffee helps.)
Do you travel outside Melbourne or Geelong?
Yes — absolutely. Travel fees apply, but we happily shoot, design, and build for venues across Victoria and Australia.
Can I add creative services to my hospitality consultancy package?
Yes! You can add Photography (Frame), Website Design, Menu Design, Branding Support and more. Creative + Consultancy = your venue at its absolute best.
How do I receive my files?
Everything is delivered neatly via your Monkhouse Client Portal — logos, photography, brand assets, website handover notes, everything. No messy email chains.
No lost files.
Do you offer ongoing support?
Yes. Monthly creative retainers and website support packages are available for venues wanting long-term content, updates and strategy support.
Can you help with social media content?
Yes — photography, captions, templates, scheduling support and content strategy can all be added to your package. We make your grid look lush.
